Lecturer and Curriculum Innovation Lead

  • Taught over 450 students in introductory Computer Science courses per year.
  • Created curriculum for a new Introduction to Computing course that grew 250% in size as well as a new Teaching Assistant Course.
  • Worked on faculty and departmental programs and initiatives focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, including training, workshops, and hiring plans.
  • Created three unique Computer Science Courses, two with general education credit.
  • Developed curriculum and taught for BTT Summer Guild Program, resulting in over 82% of participants planning to take another computing course and 89% planning to pursue a tech-related career.
  • Chair and founder of the Computer Science Teaching Assistant committee to help manage the hundreds of TAs in the department.
  • Lead Teaching Assistant Training facilitator.

  • Designed and implemented a new Computer Science pipeline of over 5 courses with curriculum and resources for over 250 students a year.
